Paul Divakar convenor of GFoD alongside Mr. Pedro Arrojo-Agudo Special Rapporteur on the human rights to safe drinking water and sanitation. Paul highlighted how stigma, structural discrimination, and untouchability continue to deny communities discriminated on work and descent equal access to safe drinking water and sanitation.
